Placing an order is fast and easy! We offer 3 ways to place your order:

• Internet – This is the quickest and most efficient way to place your order! It’s simple, it’s easy and it’s always open! Online customer security is our highest priority. Our web store is specifically designed to be safe and secure so you can feel comfortable using your credit card over the Internet.
• Phone
– Call us anytime 24 hours a day at 1-877-NFC-BOYS or 1-877-632-2697 to place an order. Be sure to have your credit card, billing and shipping information ready and your list of items you would like to order, including size and color.  We will make every attempt to make your ordering process as easy as possible and look forward to helping you place your order.
• Mail
– Send us your order by mail. Please be sure to include your name, full address, daytime phone number and a valid email address. Be sure to include your requested size and color for each item. Money orders or credit cards only. No cash or checks accepted. Send your order to us at:

Tracking is available for every package that we ship with UPS (On-Line tracking available at UPS Tracking ). APO & FPO packages are sent via U.S. Postal Service via certified Priority Mail. No expedited services available and tracking is not currently available for these parcels. As long as you provide us with a valid e-mail at the time of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail at the time of the shipment. The shipping confirmation will contain your tracking number and a list of the items included in your shipment. You can track the status and delivery of your package with the ease of on-line tracking. Shipping and Handling

  

To calculate shipping and handling please add items to your cart and you will see the option to calculate shipping in the lower left of your order screen.


Order Cancellations/Changes will no longer be possible after your order is submitted.  Please make sure all your information is correct before submitting your order.

Sale Price Policy: Any item may be returned or exchanged for the original purchase price. If an item is exchanged for a like item, the customer will be charged the original price for the exchanged item. No price adjustments will be given for sale merchandise.

 

 


Customized/Jerseys: We offer customized adult authentic jerseys, customized adult replica jerseys, and customized youth replica jerseys. These customized items will take approximately 2-3 weeks to process not to include shipping. These items are made to order and no returns or cancellations will be accepted on any of the customized jerseys. We recommend that our jerseys be hand washed in cold water and hung dry. Due to unique customized process, do not wash in hot water or heat dry them. Jerseys damaged due to improper care will not be replaced or accepted for return.

 

 


Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. The Dallas Cowboys do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.  Orders are shipped via UPS (excluding APO's and FPO's, which are shipped via the USPS - United States Postal Service). All orders being shipped to APO's, FPO's, or Rural Routes cannot be shipped with any service other than 4 to 5 day or ground delivery. All orders shipped with UPS will be assigned a tracking number and can be easily tracked online UPS. The Dallas Cowboys shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by Acts of God, perils of the air, authority of law, riots, strikes, civil commotions, or hazards or dangers incident to a state of war.

 

 


UPS Next Day Requests must be placed (by Phone or the Internet) by 12:00 noon Central Standard Time (CST) in order to be received the following business day. Overnight requests that are place after 12:00 p.m. CST will be overnighted the following business day and received the first business day after that.  For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. CST will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday by 5 p.m. An order placed on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. CST will be shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday by 5 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer SATURDAY delivery.  Orders placed before 12:00 noon CST on Friday will be shipped on Friday and delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon CST on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

 

 


APO's and FPO's will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Certified mail, with signed return receipt. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. A $20.00 handling fee will be applied to all APO/FPO orders.

 


Return Policy: Return Policy: THE DALLAS COWBOYS CATALOG / INTERNET WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT A PROPER R.A. #. You can only receive a refund within 30 days of shipment or exchange merchandise within 30 days of shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you would like to return (up to 30 days from ship date) or exchange (up to 30 days from ship date) merchandise, please follow these simple instructions:

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by R.A. # or they will not be accepted. To attain a R.A. # call Customer Service at 1-800-972-0773 X 3 or send an e-mail to returns@dallascowboys.net.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN.

We will credit or refund the full value of the item and any taxes that were charged (excluding any shipping and handlings charges). If you request an exchange for an item(s), standard shipping and handling rates will apply to the reshipment. The shipping and handling will be based on the value of the reshipment. Please refer to our rates on-line at www.dallascowboys.com or contact customer service at 1-800-972-0773 X 3 or 1-877-NFC-BOYS. This amount will be billed to the original credit card used in the purchase, unless otherwise noted. We will gladly exchange your merchandise or issue a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. All return merchandise must be in its original condition or it will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on Autographed items, authentic or replica customized jerseys, and Game Used Merchandise We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
